SWINE REGULATIONS
Dan Chalfant , Josh Smith, & Kyle Spillman, Superintendents

1. Only registered and crossbred pigs farrowed on or after December 1, 2023 may be shown.

2. Weighed 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 30th. Animals must be registered by 8:00 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS

3. All animals shall be property of the exhibitor and shall so appear on the records of the respective breed association at least 30 days prior to the date of the show.

4. Exhibitor must have registration certificates on all individual breeding animals except for crossbred gilts.

5. Barrows will be divided in weight classes.

7. Crossbred gilts will be divided by weight. Crossbred gilts may be shown in Market or Breeding class.

8. Limit of 2 animals per class. Limit 2 pens per exhibitor. If your animals need dividing, bring your own dividers.

9. Because of breeding issues-No Boar Classes

Class codes will be the same for all breeds except a letter will be added to each class to designate the breed (as designated in the breed codes.) Example: Duroc March Gilt will be class D117.
